The business was created by the Heywood family in 1978 offering an early alternative to main dealer servicing and coach work repairs.

Nigel Heywood and his wife Karen, took over ownership of the company in 1998 when his parents retired, he still prefers the hands on approach splitting his time between the workshop and the office duties.

Lindsey Hanson is our senior technician, he originally came from a main dealer - factory trained background. Lindsey has been with the company for 12 years, his depth of knowledge covers all aspects of mechanical and electrical repairs and real world experience.

Nigel and Lindsey along with the rest of Buryas Bridge Garage staff pride themselves on commitment to service and ultimate customer satisfaction.

The company moved into an all new purpose built facility in 2001. Nigel took the this opportunity to invest in all new equipment to perform all diagnostic, alignment and servicing needs.

The successful combination of a professional operation combined with a genuine enthusiasm for the marquee has attracted customers worldwide, many traveling hundreds of miles to discuss their requirements rather than just being another job at their local main dealer.
